WorkSight Flow is an employee self service mobile application built to simplify the world around scheduling, time-off, and timecards.

WorkSight Flow Mobile App allows employees easy access to view their schedule as well as the ability to make time-off requests, and view/edit their timecards.

Key Features:
• Anywhere, Anytime Access:
From home to business, your employees can have 24/7 access to their data. You control who will be allowed access and which features will be enabled for your operations.
• View Work Schedules:
Employees can see a list of their upcoming shift assignments and days off. They can switch views to see their days in Agenda, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly mode.
• View Time Off Balance Summary:
Employees can check PTO accrued, remaining sick time available, and banked overtime. Having access to this information helps your employees to take charge of their schedules and to stay informed.
• Request Time Off:
Employees can make time off/vacation requests, and schedulers can track, manage, approve, or deny those requests. Employees can see the approval status.
• View/Edit Timecard Information:
Employees can view and edit their actual work hours for the current work period. On-call, overtime, paid and unpaid time-off hours are also presented.
• Sign-Off on Timecards:
Once your team have reported their hours it should be quick and simple to approve the hours.

Note this app will only work if your organization is using WorkSight Flow Workforce Management System.
